This Privacy Policy explains how Techsprout AI Labs Pvt. Ltd. (“TechSprout,” “PostMngr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects personal information when you use PostMngr.ai and related services (the “Service”).
By using the Service, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Where applicable law requires consent, we will obtain it through an appropriate consent or authorization mechanism.

2. Scope
This Policy applies to PostMngr.ai, its website, application, dashboard, APIs, and related services, including integrations with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Reddit.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Account Information
- Full name
- Email address
- Password and authentication information
- Phone number
- Information you voluntarily provide in your profile, settings, forms, or support requests
3.2 Technical and Security Information
- IP address
- Browser and device information
- Login timestamps and authentication logs
- Cookies and similar technologies
- Application, diagnostic, fraud-prevention, and security logs
3.3 Social-Media Information
When you connect a social-media account, PostMngr may receive and process data available through the permissions and OAuth/API scopes you authorize, including, depending on platform and permission:
- Account/profile/page/organization/community identifiers and permitted profile information
- Facebook Pages and related Page information
- Instagram professional/business account information
- LinkedIn member profiles and Company Page information
- X account information
- Reddit account and community information
- Posts, drafts, captions, media metadata, comments, replies, reactions, likes, shares, reposts, and engagement data
- Analytics, insights, performance metrics, and reporting data
- Direct messages and related messaging data where the applicable platform permissions authorize access
- Access tokens, refresh tokens, and equivalent credentials
PostMngr only accesses and processes platform data within the permissions you grant and the capabilities made available by the applicable platform.
3.4 Content You Provide
- Prompts, captions, instructions, brand/product information, audience information, tone/style requirements, and other submitted content
- Posts, drafts, media, and other social content you choose to manage or store
- Support communications
3.5 AI Services
PostMngr uses AI services including Google Gemini and OpenAI to generate content based on information and instructions you provide. AI is used for content generation; PostMngr does not represent that AI independently makes business decisions or autonomously manages accounts.
Depending on the feature, prompts, brand/product information, audience information, tone/style instructions, drafts, and other necessary inputs may be transmitted to the applicable AI provider. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply.
3.6 Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies and Google Analytics to operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Service, remember preferences, and understand usage. Where required, we provide consent and controls for non-essential cookies and analytics.
4. Purposes of Processing
- Create and maintain accounts
- Authenticate users and secure the Service
- Connect and manage authorized social accounts
- Generate, review, schedule, and publish content
- Provide analytics, engagement, comment, and messaging features where supported
- Generate AI-assisted content
- Provide support
- Detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unauthorized access
- Improve and maintain the Service
- Process subscriptions and billing through Stripe
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements
5. Social Integrations
5.1 Facebook and Instagram
Depending on Meta permissions and account type, PostMngr may connect Facebook Pages and Instagram professional/business accounts and may publish or schedule content, retrieve permitted information and insights, manage comments, and read or manage messages where authorized.
5.2 LinkedIn
Depending on LinkedIn permissions and approved API access, PostMngr may connect member profiles and Company Pages and may create or schedule supported posts and media, retrieve permitted information and analytics, and manage supported engagement.
5.3 X
Depending on X permissions, PostMngr may connect accounts, create and schedule posts, use supported media, retrieve permitted information and analytics, manage supported replies/interactions, and read or send direct messages where authorized.
5.4 Reddit
Depending on Reddit OAuth/API permissions and eligibility, PostMngr may connect accounts, create and schedule submissions, publish to permitted communities, retrieve permitted information, manage supported comments/replies, and use other approved functionality.
6. Review, Approval, Scheduling and Publishing
PostMngr uses a review-and-approval workflow. You must review and approve content before it is eligible for scheduled automatic publication. Once approved and scheduled, you authorize PostMngr to attempt publication at the scheduled time, subject to platform permissions, API limits, account status, outages, moderation, and technical conditions.
7. Direct Messages
Where a platform grants the required permission, PostMngr may read, store, display, and/or send direct messages to provide supported messaging functionality. You are responsible for lawful and appropriate use of messaging features.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Social-media access and refresh tokens are stored using encryption or equivalent security controls. Stored social content and analytics are protected with appropriate security measures. No security method is completely risk-free.
9. Sharing and Disclosure
- Social platforms you connect, to perform actions you authorize
- Google Gemini and OpenAI when needed for requested AI content generation
- Infrastructure, hosting, security, analytics, support, and other service providers
- Stripe and payment-related providers when billing is enabled
- Professional advisers and authorities where legally necessary
- A successor or transaction counterparty in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or asset transfer
We do not sell personal information as a standalone data-broker product.
10. Stripe and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Stripe may process payment and billing information under its own terms and privacy policy. PostMngr does not need to store your full payment-card number to provide Stripe-based billing.
11. Retention
We retain information as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy. Retention periods may differ by data type and platform requirements.
12. Disconnect and Account Deletion
You may disconnect supported social accounts through PostMngr. Upon disconnection, we intend to delete relevant access/refresh tokens and connected account data maintained by PostMngr, subject to lawful retention exceptions.
You may delete your PostMngr account through available Settings controls or by contacting support@postmngr.ai. Account deletion is intended to delete your PostMngr account and associated PostMngr data, including connected social credentials/tokens and stored social-media data, subject to limited lawful retention, backup, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legal requirements.
Deletion from PostMngr does not automatically delete data independently held by Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Stripe, Google Analytics, AI providers, or other third parties.
13. Privacy Rights and Applicable Laws
We intend this Policy to address privacy requirements applicable to the Service under Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”), the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, as applicable.
13.1 Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
Where applicable, individuals (“Data Principals”) may have rights including the right to access a summary of personal data processed, the right to correction and updating, the right to erasure, the right to grievance redressal, the right to nominate another individual to exercise these rights in the event of death or incapacity, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Requests may be directed to support@postmngr.ai, and we may verify identity before responding.
13.2 Other Applicable Laws
Where you access the Service from outside India, additional local privacy laws may apply to the extent required by such laws, and we will handle applicable requests accordingly.
14. Cross-Border Data Transfers
Information may be processed in India and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required under applicable Indian law, we will use legally recognized transfer mechanisms and appropriate safeguards.
15. Children
The Service is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under 18 through the Service.
16. Third-Party Services
Third-party platforms and providers have their own terms and privacy policies. PostMngr is not responsible for processing that occurs independently within those services.
17. Changes
We may update this Policy when our Service, integrations, legal obligations, or practices change. The revised version will display a new effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
