Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of PostMngr.ai, operated by Techsprout AI Labs Pvt. Ltd. (“TechSprout,” “PostMngr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, subscribing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use PostMngr. By using the Service, you represent that you satisfy this requirement and have authority to enter into these Terms.
3. Service
PostMngr is a social-media management SaaS that helps users generate content with AI, review and approve content, schedule posts, publish to supported social platforms, and use supported analytics, engagement, comment, and messaging functionality.
4. Account Responsibilities
- Provide accurate account information
- Keep credentials secure
- Notify us of suspected unauthorized access
- Maintain authorization to connect and manage social accounts
- Use the Service in compliance with law and applicable platform rules
5. Supported Social Platforms
PostMngr supports Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Reddit. Features depend on platform APIs, permissions, account types, approval status, rate limits, and availability.
6. Social Account Authorization
By connecting a social account, you authorize PostMngr to use the permissions you grant through the applicable OAuth/API authorization flow. You represent that you have authority to connect and manage the account, Page, profile, Company Page, or community.
7. Facebook and Instagram
Where permitted by Meta permissions, PostMngr may connect Facebook Pages and Instagram professional/business accounts and may publish/schedule content, retrieve permitted information and insights, manage comments, and read or manage messages where authorized.
8. LinkedIn
Where permitted by LinkedIn permissions and approved API access, PostMngr may connect member profiles and Company Pages and may create/schedule supported posts and media, retrieve permitted information and analytics, and manage supported engagement.
9. X
Where permitted by X API permissions, PostMngr may connect accounts, create/schedule posts, use supported media, retrieve permitted information and analytics, manage supported replies/interactions, and read or send direct messages where authorized. You must comply with X rules and automation requirements.
10. Reddit
Where permitted by Reddit API/OAuth permissions and eligibility, PostMngr may connect accounts, create/schedule submissions, publish to permitted communities, retrieve permitted information, manage supported comments/replies, and use other approved functionality.
11. AI Content Generation
PostMngr uses Google Gemini and OpenAI or comparable AI services to generate content based on user-provided instructions and information. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, inappropriate, or unsuitable. You must review content before approval and publication.
12. Review, Approval and Automatic Publishing
PostMngr requires the user to review and approve content before it is eligible for scheduled automatic publication. After you approve a post and schedule it, you authorize PostMngr to attempt automatic publication at the scheduled time.
You remain responsible for the approved content, destination, timing, disclosures, claims, intellectual-property rights, and compliance. Publication may fail or be delayed because of API outages, expired permissions, rate limits, platform restrictions, moderation, account restrictions, technical failures, or other events outside our control.
13. Direct Messages
Where platform permissions allow, PostMngr may read, display, store, and/or send direct messages. You are responsible for lawful messaging, recipient consent where required, and compliance with platform messaging policies.
14. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant PostMngr a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and technically modify that content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service and perform actions you request. You represent that you have all rights and permissions required for your content.
15. Prohibited Conduct
- Illegal or fraudulent activity
- Spam, harassment, deceptive communications, or abusive automation
- Unauthorized access to another person's or organization's account
- Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights violations
- Circumventing API limits, platform restrictions, authentication, moderation, or security controls
- Malware or malicious code
- Reverse engineering, disruption, scraping, or unauthorized system access
- Use that causes or is reasonably likely to cause platform suspension or loss of API access
16. Plans and Billing
PostMngr offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Billing is processed through Stripe. Prices, plan limits, included features, and renewal terms are presented at purchase or on the applicable pricing page.
17. Seven-Day Free Trial
PostMngr offers a 7-day free trial where stated at signup. Trial eligibility, included features, and any conversion to a paid subscription will be disclosed at signup. If a payment method is required, Stripe may process the subscription according to checkout terms.
18. No Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, payments and subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel, cancellation generally prevents the next renewal but does not create a right to a refund for the current billing period. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
19. Cancellation
You may cancel through the cancellation method made available in PostMngr. Your subscription will normally remain active through the applicable paid period unless otherwise stated.
20. Disconnecting Social Accounts
You may disconnect connected accounts. PostMngr intends to delete the relevant stored access/refresh tokens and connected account data upon disconnection, subject to lawful retention exceptions.
21. Account Deletion
You may delete your account through available Settings controls or by contacting support@postmngr.ai. Account deletion is intended to remove the account and associated PostMngr data, including connected social credentials/tokens and stored social-media data, subject to lawful retention and backup exceptions.
22. Third-Party Platforms
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Stripe, Google, OpenAI, and other third-party services are independent providers. Their availability, policies, pricing, APIs, permissions, and terms may change. PostMngr does not guarantee continued availability of any third-party integration.
23. Intellectual Property
PostMngr software, branding, interfaces, documentation, design, and proprietary systems are owned by TechSprout or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred.
24. Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Service. Maintenance, security events, outages, API changes, rate limits, network problems, and third-party restrictions may affect availability.
25. Disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE, THAT CONTENT WILL ALWAYS PUBLISH, THAT ANALYTICS WILL ALWAYS BE COMPLETE, OR THAT THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE.
26. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TECHSPROUT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TECHSPROUT'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO POSTMNGR FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
27. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TechSprout and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims and expenses arising from your unlawful use, violation of these Terms, content, unauthorized social-account use, or infringement of third-party rights.
28. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, comply with law or third-party requirements, address security or abuse, enforce these Terms, or address non-payment. Where reasonably practicable, we may provide notice and an opportunity to cure.
29. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information and social-media data and forms part of the framework governing use of the Service.
30. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, integrations, law, or business practices. Updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Where required, we will provide notice or obtain consent.
31. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent mandatory consumer or privacy laws require otherwise.
32. Jurisdiction and Venue
Subject to any mandatory law that gives a user the right to bring a claim elsewhere, the parties agree that the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
33. General
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective to the extent permitted by law.
Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and applicable plan/order terms, constitute the agreement governing PostMngr use.
You may not assign these Terms without consent except where permitted by law.
We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or transfer of the Service.
